Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Working from home, the full-time salaried Quality Assurance Manager will review work products prepared by team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing feedback for process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Review work product prepared by team members, including various compliance testing and documentation
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide training to junior staff members
• Stay current with regulations and expand professional knowledge through seminars and self-study

Required qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in non-discrimination testing
• Strong knowledge of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code and Regulations
• High level of critical thinking and strong research and analytical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability with the ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Corbel Documents, Pension Pro, and ASC is a plus
