Job Summary
Leading a blended Quality Engineering team, the full-time Software Quality Assurance Manager will modernize testing tools and processes, design scalable automation frameworks, and mentor engineers while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a Quality Engineering team across various testing disciplines while simplifying and standardizing processes
- Design and implement a modern automation framework to support diverse testing needs and ensure alignment with engineering initiatives
- Establish quality metrics and continuous improvement practices to enhance testing effectiveness and support software development lifecycle goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, software testing, or test automation, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and AI-assisted Quality Engineering capabilities
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience integrating automated tests and quality controls into CI/CD pipelines
