Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of a quality assurance process, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Manager will establish standards for prospective-student interactions, analyze data for continuous improvement, and collaborate with leadership to enhance enrollment practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain a scalable quality assurance framework aligned with organizational and program-specific standards
• Identify performance gaps and partner with leadership to develop targeted training solutions based on QA findings
• Analyze quality and operational data to identify trends and lead cross-functional improvements in enrollment processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Quality Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in educational quality assurance and compliance within university-partner environments
• Three or more years of experience in leadership or managing cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in developing scorecards and conducting evaluations
• Experience with performance reporting tools and analytics to communicate quality trends
