Quality Assurance Officer
Job Summary
To support the maintenance of a medical device internal quality management system, the full-time Quality Assurance Officer will manage daily QA tasks, including document updates and compliance management, while working remotely from anywhere in Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complaints, compliance queries, and appeals within the quality management system
- Oversee document control, including the release of updated quality management system documents
- Provide technical support and maintain strong working relationships with Global Medical Device Team members
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Biomedical Sciences or a related field
- Significant work experience in a QA role
- Good working knowledge of quality management systems, including CAPA management and document control
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
