Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary

To support the maintenance of the internal quality management system for medical devices, the full-time Quality Assurance Officer will manage daily QA tasks, including document updates and compliance management, in a fully remote role open to candidates across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complaints, compliance queries, and continual improvement processes
• Oversee document control, including quality assurance checks and document releases in Bizzmine
• Collaborate with global medical device teams and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and guidance documents

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Sciences or a related field
• Significant work experience in a quality assurance role
• Good working knowledge of quality management systems, including CAPA management
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
