Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary

To support the maintenance of the internal quality management system for medical devices, the full-time Quality Assurance Officer will manage daily QA tasks, oversee document updates, and collaborate with global teams in a remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints, compliance queries, and continual improvement processes
• Oversee document control and perform quality assurance checks on updated quality management system documents
• Provide technical support and maintain knowledge of SGS procedures and external approval criteria

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Biomedical Sciences or a related field
• Significant work experience in a QA role
• Good working knowledge of quality management systems, including CAPA management and document control
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
