Quality Assurance Officer

Job Summary

To support the maintenance of the internal quality management system for medical devices, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Officer will manage daily QA tasks, including document updates and compliance management, while collaborating with global teams across Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage complaints, compliance queries, and continual improvement processes
• Oversee document control, perform quality assurance checks, and release updated documents in the quality management system
• Build relationships with global medical device teams and provide technical support across the business

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field
• Significant work experience in a quality assurance role
• Good working knowledge of quality management systems, including CAPA management and document control
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Understanding of global medical device regulations (MDR, IVDR, MDD) is a plus
