Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the part-time Documentation Quality Assurance Representative will review and process client order documentation and technician submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness while collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process technician submissions and client order documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and resolve errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in submitted paperwork
• Communicate with internal teams to clarify documentation and ensure timely resolution of issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer systems and digital documentation tools
• Ability to navigate client management and inventory platforms
• Prior experience in office or administrative roles is preferred
• Background in healthcare, medical services, or durable medical equipment is advantageous
