Job Summary
To support recovery programs, the temporary remote Quality Assurance and Quality Control Specialist will review applications for compliance with program standards, verify documentation, and collaborate with case managers to identify and resolve deficiencies.
Key responsibilities
- Review applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with program guidance
- Provide feedback and recommendations to case managers based on evaluations of applicant files
- Collect and maintain data in program tracking systems for reporting and statistical analysis
Required qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in social services or a relevant field; or at least 2+ years of relevant experience
- Previous QA/QC experience on federally funded programs is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with case management portals is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills
