Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the administration and continual improvement of the Quality Management System, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Specialist will manage internal audits, monitor process compliance, and assist in proposal and contract support to ensure effective and compliant organizational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and perform internal quality audits, documenting findings and tracking corrective actions
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies and assist in root cause analysis for quality issues
- Provide quality management documentation and support contract implementation of customer-specific quality requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Version 3.0 requirements
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific requirements
- Ability to conduct process reviews and identify compliance issues
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
