Job Summary
Detail-oriented and passionate about quality, the full-time Quality Assurance Specialist will review learning deliverables for grammar, functionality, accessibility, and adherence to client standards while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review content for grammar, formatting, functionality, and accessibility compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 standards
- Test audio quality and synchronization, ensuring narration meets established standards
- Conduct functional testing of navigation, interactions, and assessments to ensure alignment with design specifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Quality Assurance experience in eLearning or digital content production
- Excellent written English with a strong focus on grammar and consistency
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise
- Experience with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to document issues and track resolutions
