Job Summary
Joining a dynamic Agile development team, the full-time Quality Assurance Test Analyst II will manage comprehensive testing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Agile testers, developers, and business users to deliver effective testing within Agile sprints
- Manage defect tracking and perform root cause analysis to maintain software quality
- Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and acceptance tests while ensuring alignment with business requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-8 years of experience in system-level QA Testing, with at least 5 years in an Agile environment
- Working knowledge of web application and web service testing methodologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
- Proficiency in using defect management tools like Jira or Bugzilla
