Quality Assurance Tester

Job Summary

To ensure the quality and usability of internal software applications, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Tester will design and maintain automated and manual testing, manage test data, and collaborate with Development and Product teams throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test coverage, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify quality or usability issues effectively
• Own user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing clear test scripts and scenarios for review

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong understanding of complex relational data models and schemas
• Ability to read TypeScript and PHP to evaluate application behavior and test code
• Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle, including various testing types
• Preferred experience with Vitest, Playwright, and similar testing tools
