Quality Audit Manager

Job Summary

To support the Retirement Plan Services business, the full-time Sr. Manager, Quality Audit will oversee the Quality program, manage a team of quality professionals, and drive strategy and execution to enhance operational performance and compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for conducting quality audits, balancing workloads, and ensuring adherence to performance standards
• Lead complex audits to evaluate compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, while communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Analyze audit results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, developing quality metrics and corrective action plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of audit or quality assurance experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in evaluating information and data trends to solve complex problems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively
