Quality Auditor
Job Summary
To enhance team performance and ensure quality standards, the remote Quality Auditor will analyze and improve quality metrics, conduct audits, and provide training and development support for employees in a part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and create quality reports to assess workforce performance
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and improve quality
- Provide ongoing training and development sessions for employees to enhance their skills
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma, with some college preferred
- Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Auditor role
- Call center experience is required
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is necessary
- Proficient in MS Office and computer systems
