Job Summary

Working full-time in Hartford, Connecticut, the Quality Auditor Connecticut Licensed will audit transactions processed in the Surety Service Center, maintain accuracy in surety bond transactions, and mentor new hires while collaborating with client-decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Audit surety bonds based on client instructions and maintain high accuracy
• Resolve client/carrier accounting issues and prepare reports for management
• Mentor new hires and support Assistant Client Services Specialists in daily tasks

Required qualifications

• 1-2+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts
• Experience working with surety in an insurance brokerage environment
• Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 90 days of employment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Achieve and maintain a 99+% quality score in production
