Job Summary
To support the quality assurance efforts within Workplace Solutions, the remote Sr. Associate Quality Auditor - Long Term Disability will conduct audits, analyze performance trends, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits to identify trends and performance gaps
- Analyze operational data to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Develop training materials and educational resources to address knowledge gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
