Quality Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise applications, the full-time Quality Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD quality gates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and code for UI, API, and integration testing
- Perform systems analysis to translate specifications into automated test designs and validate functional behavior
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and manage quality gates for build/release readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing automated test solutions
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming/scripting language for automation (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python)
- Experience with API testing (REST) and test data validation using SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
