Job Summary
Designing and developing automated test frameworks, the full-time Quality Automation Engineer will maintain software-based test automation solutions for enterprise applications, focusing on CI/CD integration and quality assurance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and reusable components for UI, API, and integration testing
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines and manage quality gates for build/release readiness
- Produce high-quality defect reports and collaborate with developers to isolate root causes of failures
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing automated test solutions
- Proficiency in modern programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) and test automation frameworks
- Experience with API testing (REST) and test data validation using SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
