Quality Automation Engineer
Job Summary
To ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise applications, the full-time remote Quality Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, perform systems analysis, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and libraries for UI, API, and integration testing
- Perform analysis of business and technical requirements to create automated test designs that validate functional behavior and data integrity
- Integrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines and manage quality gates for build/release readiness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing automated test solutions
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python) and strong command of test automation frameworks/tools
- Experience with API testing (REST) and test data validation using SQL
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
