Quality Compliance Associate
Job Summary
Supporting Amgen's R&D Quality Management System, the full-time remote Quality Compliance Associate will manage controlled document workflows, ensure compliance with global standards and GCP regulations, and facilitate document approval processes across functions.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and track workflows for the creation, revision, and obsoletion of documents within the controlled document management system (CDOCS)
- Conduct quality checks, editing, and proofreading of documents to ensure consistency and compliance
- Support inspections and audits by retrieving and compiling requested documents
Required qualifications
- High school/GED with 2 years of directly related experience, or an Associate's degree with 6 months of directly related experience, or a Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of document control tools and best practices
- Proven ability to perform quality control reviews
- Experience managing document workflows and prioritizing tasks
