Quality Compliance Senior Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Quality Intelligence Center's integrated quality oversight model, the full-time remote Quality Compliance Senior Manager will manage a professional team, improve quality monitoring processes, and ensure compliance with quality standards across R&D operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Intelligence Center and manage portfolio-level quality monitoring
- Continuously enhance the QuIC operating model, including review cadence, signal triage, and governance routines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QuIC insights are effectively communicated and acted upon
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of Quality experience, or Master's degree and 4 years, or Bachelor's degree and 6 years, or Associate's degree and 10 years, or High school diploma/GED and 12 years of Quality experience
- Experience leading and developing professional employees or complex cross-functional teams
- Strong background in interpreting quality, operational, or risk data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with GCP, quality-risk management, and quality governance processes
- Experience with QMS platforms, data visualization, and digital quality products
