Quality Control Analyst - USPAP Certified

Job Summary

To support a high-performance culture, the part-time Quality Control Analyst - USPAP Certified will perform quality control analysis of valuation reports, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain communication with valuation providers while working remotely on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure valuation reports meet all regulatory and client standards while exceeding departmental productivity goals
• Identify discrepancies in valuation reports and communicate detailed revision requests to providers
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and complete all steps of the QC valuation process within required timeframes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in real estate appraisal quality control review at the AMC or mortgage company level
• USPAP certification required, with the completion of training if not already certified
• Knowledge of valuation processes, procedures, and technology
• College degree preferred
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
