Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a steady queue of quality control cases, the full-time remote Quality Control Specialist will execute functional and regression tests on completed builds to ensure they perform as intended in real-world conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Run functional and regression tests to verify message timing, routing, and call behavior
• Own and prioritize a queue of QC cases from intake to documented closure
• Document defects and communicate findings clearly to relevant teams for resolution

Required qualifications

• Experience with test management tools for documenting test cases and tracking results
• Strong queue management skills to handle multiple QC cases efficiently
• Analytical skills to identify trends and inconsistencies in testing results
• Ability to communicate technical findings in plain language for non-technical stakeholders
• Technical understanding of system behavior beyond basic operational tasks
