Quality Data Coordinator

Job Summary

To support quality improvement initiatives, the part-time Quality Data Coordinator will conduct retrospective medical record reviews, ensure data accuracy, and provide reports to leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Schedules and conducts retrospective medical record reviews and provides monthly reports of findings to leadership
• Ensures accuracy in data collection, entry, and analysis related to medical records and donor potential
• Acts as a resource for the medical record review process and provides training and ongoing communication with staff

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing, Engineering, Business, or a Healthcare-related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with report building
• Previous experience with data management and compliance with regulatory requirements
