Quality Data Manager

Job Summary

Owning the data backbone for quality decisions, the full-time remote Quality Data & Finished Goods Specification Manager will manage quality data analytics, lead the development of finished good specifications, and drive actionable insights from complaints and non-conformance data.

Key responsibilities:

• Own all quality data analytics and processing to drive department decision-making
• Lead the design of key data trending related to complaints and non-conformances
• Develop and enforce finished good specifications across the co-manufacturer network

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in quality data analytics or continuous improvement within food or beverage manufacturing
• Experience developing finished good specifications, including process parameters and product testing
• Familiarity with eQMS platforms and quality data reporting tools
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on actionable insights from quality data
• Ability to drive corrective actions cross-functionally within a co-manufacturer network
