Quality Engineer, AI-Native
Job Summary
To enhance the quality engineering team, the full-time Quality Engineer, AI-Native will design and maintain automated test coverage across API, UI, and integration layers in a remote capacity, utilizing hands-on automation expertise and AI-assisted tools.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated UI and end-to-end test suites using Playwright and TypeScript for critical user workflows
- Write automated API tests against C# / ASP.NET Core REST endpoints and build integration tests to validate service interactions
- Contribute to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automated suites serve as quality gates on every build
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience with proficiency in Playwright and TypeScript
- Experience writing automated API tests in code using TypeScript and C# / xUnit / NUnit
- Familiarity with SQL Server or Azure SQL for data validation within automated tests
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for test scaffolding and defect analysis
