Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on leader, the full-time Director of Quality Engineering and Automation will establish quality engineering strategies, influence product and engineering leadership, and lead a cultural shift toward engineering-led quality in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality engineering strategies, including testing and automation standards
- Influence and elevate engineering standards by embedding quality practices within Scrum teams
- Lead automation and testing innovation by integrating automated testing within CI/CD and data pipelines
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in software quality engineering, data validation, and test automation
- Proven track record of leading quality engineering transformations at scale
- Strong knowledge of modern testing frameworks and automation strategies
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and data quality frameworks
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban development environments
