Quality Engineering Lead

Job Summary

To enhance the quality of the Thyme Box care management platform, the remote Quality Engineering Lead will manage a small team of quality engineers, set quality strategies, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of quality engineers while maintaining hands-on technical involvement
• Establish and implement quality strategies and standards for the Thyme Box platform
• Lead bug triage processes and conduct root cause analysis on defects and production incidents

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, or SRE, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in quality tooling, including CI pipelines and automated testing
• Experience communicating quality metrics and trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong debugging skills and a passion for root cause analysis
• Ability to influence quality improvements across teams without direct ownership
