Quality Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Leading mission-critical application modernization initiatives, the remote contract Quality Engineering & Service Virtualization Lead will architect service virtualization solutions, provide technical leadership for API development, and coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts to enhance enterprise software delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement service virtualization solutions using SmartBear ReadyAPI and WireMock
- Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle of Java-based RESTful API development and web service integrations
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery efforts to proactively remove technical bottlenecks
Required qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in technical delivery leadership, software quality engineering, or integration architecture
- Proven expertise in designing and managing service virtualization frameworks using SmartBear ReadyAPI and WireMock
- Strong background in Java engineering, including REST API development and JAX-WS web services (6+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Valid US work authorization
