Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross-team improvements to streamline workflows, increase automation, and enhance release practices
- Investigate bottlenecks and implement practical improvements to enhance quality and deployment confidence
Required Qualifications
- Established experience managing engineers or technical contributors
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members through structured feedback and development planning
- Experience in streamlining team processes through automation and CI/CD improvements
- Strong judgment and emotional intelligence in managing team dynamics and performance issues
- Familiarity with quality engineering or software delivery practices to effectively coach Quality Engineers
