Job Summary
Leading the quality strategy for Storefront, Internal Apps, and Mobile apps, the full-time Quality Engineering Manager will manage a team of QA engineers, mentor staff on technical practices, and partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance quality processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive QA strategy, establishing quality standards and metrics across various applications
- Manage and mentor QA engineers, focusing on test design, automation, and effective use of AI tools
- Evaluate and implement QA tooling while overseeing test planning and regression processes
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing within web, mobile, or digital products
- 2+ years of experience in leading or mentoring QA engineers
- Strong technical background with proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on test automation experience
- Working knowledge of React and experience testing headless or composable eCommerce architectures
- Basic understanding of AWS and serverless, microservices-based architectures
