Quality Engineering Staff Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing engineering team, the full-time remote Quality Engineering Staff Engineer will design and implement AI-powered quality engineering systems, focusing on test automation and integration into CI/CD workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement agentic QA systems for test generation, regression testing, and failure analysis
- Own and develop scalable test automation architecture for web applications, APIs, and end-to-end workflows
- Integrate automated quality checks into development workflows and establish quality observability metrics
Required qualifications
- Staff-level engineering expertise in Quality Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation Architecture
- Strong programming skills with experience in building production-grade test automation frameworks
- Extensive experience in automating web applications, APIs, and complex workflows
- Expertise with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or pytest
- Proven experience in designing scalable testing systems and establishing engineering quality standards
