Job Summary
To enhance healthcare quality, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Analyst will perform ongoing measurement and analysis of business processes and member outcomes data sets, focusing on HEDIS measures and quality report specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative and statistical analysis of performance data, including service utilization and complaint trends
- Develop and update HEDIS measures and quality report extraction specifications for accreditation and deliverables
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports with analysis and narratives as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Management, Social Work, Biostatistics, or related field
- 2+ years of performance and statistical analysis or quality improvement experience
- Experience in public sector managed care/managed behavioral health care preferred
- Familiarity with standard statistics software preferred
- Six Sigma White Belt certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
