Job Summary
To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Improvement Consultant will analyze quality results, coordinate case intake and tracking, and conduct audits while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Completing trending and analysis of quality results and drafting executive summary documents
- Coordinating Quality of Care case intake, triage, tracking, and assignment activities
- Facilitating meetings with internal business partners to address trends and quality concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry, or 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience analyzing and resolving problem claims and customer service issues
- 1 year of experience leading meetings or small groups
- Experience with quality assessment and process improvement practices
- Knowledge of claims processing and membership procedures
