Quality Improvement Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the quality of crisis services, the full-time Quality Improvement Manager will oversee and coordinate quality improvement initiatives for the 988 Lifeline network, ensuring compliance with standards and optimizing performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive quality improvement program for the 988 Lifeline Network
• Coordinate quality improvement efforts to meet funder expectations and organizational objectives
• Prepare and submit reports on quality improvement outcomes to external stakeholders, including funders and leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health/suicide prevention, healthcare administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical quality improvement with a successful track record
• Proficiency in AI-powered solutions for quality improvement initiatives
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements including HIPAA and clinical training standards
