Job Summary
To advance operational excellence and patient safety, the full-time Quality Improvement Program Manager for Computed Tomography will lead quality improvement initiatives, conduct audits, and support accreditation efforts in a remote capacity while leveraging data and analytics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct site and system audits to ensure quality surveillance across various operations
- Lead corporate quality improvement teams by managing multiple projects and ensuring goals and objectives are met
- Serve as an expert on the accreditation process, maintaining survey readiness and educating team members on relevant standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- Three (3) years of related experience, preferably in radiology or healthcare
- Management experience in healthcare operations
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and OSHA requirements
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Internal Quality Auditing processes
