Quality Improvement Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of Quality Improvement Associates, the full-time remote Quality Improvement Supervisor will ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, manage performance metrics, and facilitate training to enhance team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise a team to meet monthly audit performance metrics and maintain quality service standards
• Investigate infrastructure tools to optimize productivity and performance while collecting and analyzing data for reporting
• Identify training needs and assist in providing support to improve service levels within the retention management team

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required, with one to two years of managed care experience
• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Managed Care and Health Insurance concepts and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Access
• Familiarity with quality programs, including measures associated with QARR and HEDIS
