Quality Lead - AV Domain

Job Summary

Owning the quality outcomes for an annotation pipeline, the full-time remote Quality Lead - AV Domain will manage quality audits, conduct root-cause analysis, and partner with Trainers and Team Leads to enhance training materials and coaching efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the quality audit cadence for the pipeline, including sampling plans and accuracy scoring against client rubrics
• Run root-cause analysis on quality misses and defects, identifying training gaps and performance issues
• Partner with the Trainer to update training materials based on recurring error patterns and track the effectiveness of training rollouts

Required qualifications

• 1+ years as a Team Lead, senior annotator, or QA reviewer within an annotation/DataOps pipeline
• Strong understanding of pipeline guidelines and ability to make judgment calls on ambiguous data
• Proficiency in spreadsheets/dashboards for analyzing error trends; experience with SQL or BI tools is a plus
• Experience providing feedback to peers or Team Members without formal management authority
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective coaching and calibration sessions
