Quality Leader

Job Summary

To develop and deploy the global quality strategy for the Power Sensing and Regulation product line, the full-time remote Quality Leader will manage quality planning, assurance, and control across the product lifecycle while fostering a strong quality culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global quality strategy aligned with Power Transmission's Quality roadmap
• Lead and coach factory quality teams, ensuring adherence to common standards and accountability for Product Line Quality KPI targets
• Manage complex global customer complaints and root cause analyses, ensuring effective corrective actions and customer communication

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• At least 10 years of experience in quality, engineering, or manufacturing with leadership in global or multi-site activities
• Strong technical knowledge of power sensing and regulation products, including relevant design and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Design FMEA, Process FMEA, APQP, Control Plans, and ISO 9001 standards
• Fluency in English with experience in leading major customer complaints and root cause analysis
