Quality Management Leader

Job Summary

To architect an enterprise learning system, the full-time remote Quality Read Across and Knowledge Management Leader will manage the scaling of the Read Across process, ensuring proactive risk mitigation through the identification of systemic issues and cross-business deployment of lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement and standardization of tools and performance management systems
• Influence strategy development within the quality management discipline, including resource control and policy formulation
• Lead functional teams or projects, providing guidance and recommendations to enhance service, quality, and timeliness of objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field
• Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within quality management
• Ability to assess and analyze complex tasks or problems impacting the function
• Experience in leading programs or projects with minimal resource requirements
