Quality Management Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance and oversight functions for delegated insurance operations, the full-time remote Manager, Carrier Operations Quality Management will manage a team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards while traveling up to 8 times per year to various office locations in the US and Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality management, audit, and testing programs across delegated insurance operations
• Oversee audits and reviews for claims, policy administration, and customer service functions
• Develop and maintain a risk-based quality assurance and operational audit framework

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance operations, quality assurance, auditing, or compliance
• Experience leading and developing teams in a quality management context
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and delegated oversight environments
• Proven ability to evaluate operational controls and implement process improvements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred
