Quality Manager

Job Summary

To support the Engineering division, the full-time remote Engineering Services Quality Manager will manage the Quality Management System, drive quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards across projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Quality Management System to foster a culture of engagement and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality considerations into engineering design and development processes
• Conduct audits and assessments of engineering processes to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a consulting environment, preferably in oil & gas, power generation, or utilities
• In-depth knowledge of quality control methodologies and familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
• Proficiency in project management tools and business enterprise software
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
