Quality Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Manager, Quality Operations will develop and implement quality improvement processes, oversee daily quality functions, and contribute to strategic planning while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee quality management systems and monitor progress against strategic quality-related goals
• Collaborate with executive management to align departmental strategies with organizational goals and manage the enterprise Quality Workbook
• Implement data collection and reporting strategies to support quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across the organization

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including prior management experience
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills focused on continuous improvement
• Experience in people management, including team assessment and development
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
