Quality Program Development Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Quality Program Development Manager will oversee the development and implementation of quality programs and standards to enhance clinical and operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and implementation of programs aligned with organizational strategic initiatives in Health Services and quality administration
• Act as a subject matter expert to operational managers for key project initiatives, including developing work plans and monitoring project progress
• Lead state-required Performance Improvement Projects (PIP) and conduct needs assessments to ensure timely information dissemination to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in program development, program management, or project management, preferably in a healthcare environment
• 3+ years of experience in managed care, including utilization management and care coordination
• 2+ years of experience in designing and implementing quality-related programs such as STARS, CAHPS, and HEDIS
• Preferred certifications include Six Sigma, Lean, or Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
