Quality Program Strategist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Program Strategist who will plan, organize, and monitor quality-related projects to meet strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-wide quality initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and recommending improvements
- Create quality risk assessments and develop processes to achieve quality metrics for health plans
- Utilize Lean 6 Sigma methodologies to identify problems and resolutions with priority metrics
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related clinical field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of clinical or managed care health insurance experience required
- 1+ year of quality experience preferred
- Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
- CPHQ certification preferred
