Quality Program Strategist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Program Strategist who will identify quality performance trends and develop strategic improvement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify trends within quality data and develop programs to drive improvement
- Assist stakeholders in determining root causes of business issues and recommend solutions
- Ensure implementation of strategic programs alongside key stakeholders to enhance quality rating systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, including STARS, QRS, and HPRS
- Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ certification preferred
- Experience leading member experience initiatives in healthcare or managed care settings
- Strong knowledge of CAHPS and HOS surveys and their impact on member satisfaction
