Job Summary
Identifying quality performance trends, the full-time Lead Quality Program Strategist will develop and implement strategic improvement programs for the Medicare Quality team, ensuring alignment with product strategies and operational enhancements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and develop initiatives that drive improvement across the enterprise
- Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose business issues and recommend effective solutions
- Implement strategic programs and initiatives to enhance quality rating systems and overall business value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality, including knowledge of STARS, QRS, and HPRS
- Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ certification preferred
