Quality Regulatory Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the development and implementation of technology solutions within Quality & Regulatory operations, the full-time remote Quality Regulatory Program Manager will manage the integration of AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance compliance, operational efficiency, and employee effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement the Quality & Regulatory technology roadmap, identifying opportunities for AI and automation
- Design, build, and implement analytics tools and AI agents to improve processes and reduce administrative burdens
- Evaluate and optimize existing workflows and systems, ensuring alignment with organizational technology and governance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, data analytics, or digital transformation roles
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
- Experience in a regulated environment with knowledge of Quality and Regulatory processes
