Job Summary
Driving customer outcomes and retention, the full-time remote Quality Solution Architect will lead hands-on implementation projects, manage customer success interactions, and build strategic partnerships with clients in the pharmaceutical quality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of the Kivo platform, ensuring compliance with regulated processes
- Manage a portfolio of accounts post-implementation, cultivating senior-level relationships and driving expansion opportunities
- Support customers through change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new features and configurations
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in customer success or implementation roles within a life-sciences SaaS environment
- Strong domain knowledge of Quality processes in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries
- Experience leading software implementations in regulated environments
- Working knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
- Applied AI experience with AI models for workflow automation and customer guidance
